Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached (for apparel)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

- Brake & Suspension Fluids
- Chain Lubricants (if opened)
- Cleaners & Degreasers
- Customized or special order bicycles/parts
Step-by-Step Return Process
1. Initiate Your Return

- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer refund or exchange
2. Receive Authorization
We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 24-48 hours along with return instructions.
3. Package Your Item
Securely repackage the item in its original packaging with all accessories/manuals. Include a copy of your invoice.
4. Ship Your Return

Once your return is approved:
- Credit Card/PayPal: Refunds process within 3-5 business days, appearing on your statement in 1-2 billing cycles
- Original Shipping Fees: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error
- Exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement item within 2 business days of receiving your return
Exchange Policy
For size exchanges on apparel or compatibility issues with bike parts:

International Returns
